3STEPS4WARD Educational Opportunity Award
3STEPS4WARD, a full-service marketing company, and Cal State East Bay have partnered to create the 3STEPS4WARD Educational Opportunity Award. Every year, we’ll offer 5 promising students the chance to learn on the job. We’re looking for students who have career interest in the following areas: accounting/finance, communications, writing, market research, graphic design, and digital marketing.
Opening the door for talented students
We’re offering the opportunity for students to explore their areas of interest in the work field and get hands-on experience. This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and inclusive environment.
Setting students up for success
After completing an internship with 3STEPS4WARD, students have the chance to master technical skills, hone interpersonal skills, and network with contacts in their field. Alumni from this internship program may also become ambassadors for the award — so they can help students who were once in their shoes.
