Beginning with the 2021-2022 season, we’re partnering to present the “Military Hero of the Game” ceremony at each Gulls regular season home game. The San Diego Gulls take pride in serving the San Diego and Southern California communities and we’re excited to support this mission. Helping to support the men and women who serve our country is important to the entire 3STEPS4WARD team. Each Gulls home game features a ceremony to honor a military serviceperson in our community.

3STEPS4WARD will spotlight and present an award to a veteran-owned small business owner in a monthly ceremony. This award grants the opportunity to compete in the 2021-2022 San Diego Gulls Business Alliance Pitch Competition
Challenge
Coin Medal
In every Gulls Regular 2021-2022 Season home game, there will be “The Military Hero of the Game”, which will be publicly announced in the Pechanga Arena. The honoree will receive the “Challenge Coin Medal”
Business Alliance Pitch
The Business Alliance Pitch Competition offers local veterans business owners a chance to gain publicity, receive mentorship, secure funding & complimentary marketing services for their business.
When we were scouting out partnerships, we tend to look for companies that have a focus on our same core values. And in this case, 3STEPS4WARD has a direct focus on the military and the community, giving back to them directly, and letting them know that we appreciate the sacrifice and the service that they make for us on a day to day basis, which is why we came up with the Military Hero program, where we can honor a military hero at each of our 34 home games a season, in partnership with 3STEPS4WARD.
