As we wind down 2022, 3STEPS4WARD ends the year with a bang. Our CEO, Douglas Younger III, continues to be an unstoppable force for small businesses. By supporting clients, employees, and fellow entrepreneurs, we’re succeeding in a world where startups often get the short end of the stick.
Make it Happen
3STEPS4WARD was busy this year. In addition to our regular client schedule, we’re jumping into the fray whenever and wherever we can. Here are the highlights:
The team at the Cal State East Bay Career Fair. 3STEPS4WARD presenting the Military Hero of the Game Award at the San Diego Gulls Stadium.
All this to say that we’re invested in the larger business community and have no trouble pounding the pavement. Our CEO dreams big, and not just for himself. Meeting people, getting our name out there, lending a hand, showing up: these are the fundamentals of any successful enterprise, and we can tell you that all the groundwork is really starting to pay off.
Even in the midst of the holiday season, we have no plans to slow down. 2023 is going to be huge for us, particularly as we get ready to launch some of our more ambitious campaigns yet.
Learning the Lessons
The first few years of a startup are stuffed with lessons. Even more so than established companies, it falls on the staff to learn what those mistakes are so history doesn’t repeat itself. We admit it, we definitely hit some snags with our clients in 2022.
Those hiccups helped us close project management gaps and communication processes. They led to the hiring of additional support staff. Ultimately, they led to a new outlook on how to the momentum going, so our clients get everything they need — and more — from our services.
Holiday party
Our holiday party was on December 16, and it couldn’t have gone better. This was the time for us to connect with clients in celebration, so we could start off the new year on the right foot. (Startups might be built on hard work, but they’re more than 12-hour days.)
