Done through a collaboration with Startup Sac, this interactive and informative talk revealed how entrepreneurs get the cash they need to thrive. 3STEPS4WARD has had some serious success in this area, having managed to raise $3.28 million for our client Innovega. It wasn’t easy. As you might imagine, when you add millions to the mix, things can get pretty messy.

Spark Venture

In November, our CEO judged at the Spark Venture competition, where 10 startups competed for $20,000 in cash awards. This event was more than just a way for our company to connect with promising entrepreneurs, it was a reminder of why we do what we do. As much as startup owners might want to tackle it all on their own, it’s just not the way of the world.

2022 Holiday Party

To close out the year, 3STEPS4WARD hosted a holiday party at our office headquarters in San Ramon. In addition to our stellar employees, we had a great turnout of local entrepreneurs and business owners. Ms. Black USA even made an appearance to add a bit of glitz to the whole affair.
